Its 11:53 PM, a tall lanky figure approaches the stage to a crowd full of art and music enthusiasts. As the figure approaches he is greeted by various people giving him daps and handshakes as to show their admiration. The crowd surrounds the stage. The music comes on and St. Domoniick grabs the mic.

“All my niggas know is fuck you pay me,
Kickin door they think I’m sellin Katie,
Nigga Calvin Palmer couldn’t fade me,
Kelly Slater hoe, I’m hella wavy”.

If you ever been to a St. Domoniiick then you know he is not a stand still kind of rapper, he is not rap along with the track rapper, he performs. And for anyone who has seen the ‘Kelly Slater Experience’ knows that those J’s you wearin’, AIN’T SAFE.

Niggas is So So I call em JD,
Bumpin Erica, who’s is it baby.

“All my niggas know is fuck you pay me,…… Kelly Slater hoe, I’m hella wavy”. The crowd starts to yell and chant as in a trance, moved by the beat and the experience of being apart of something special. This is for many an escape. An escape from the bills, an escape from relationship problems, an escape from worrying about fitting in. The same escape that just a day ago these same people were having while listening to “Kelly Slater” at home or in their car. And this isn’t a crowd full of people just rapping, naw. This is a fucking mosh pit of fans surrounding St. Domonick yelling, thrashing, belonging, that’s the “Kelly Slater Experience”. It’s the hope that for one moment, one space in time, that they get to be apart of what can only be called the “Kelly Slater Experience” that makes this record so special.

Eggs and bacon from your woman check,I’m just wakin bakin to that Wanderlust, or that Pilot Talk,

The track “Kelly Slater” bye itself is a hit. It’s hype. It’s a feeling. And live It’s an EXPERIENCE. So if you get a chance to see St. Domonick perform make sure you tell him to play “Kelly Slater” and join in because it won’t be room for long.
